Or if you’re trying to break a habit, we’ll show you how to disrupt or avoid the cues that remind you of the unwanted behavior and how to make healthier or more desirable alternatives easier. We’ll help you track your habit over the next two weeks, or as long as it takes for it to become a routine. And if you mess up, we’ll help you get back on track.
